4. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

7. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

7.2. Termination by the Site

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content of the Site (logo, software, design, text, graphics, etc.) and the services it provides are protected by the intellectual property rights of the Site. The Member may use the content and services of the Site only for personal use. The content of the Site cannot be used, distributed or reproduced for commercial purposes.
9. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

10. LEGAL LIABILITY

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes that may arise from this agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. In case of disagreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
12. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
The site has the right to amend this agreement at any time. The changes shall be valid as of the date they are published on the Site and the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the new contract terms.
